Error message "Dongle not found"

  1. When reinstalling or changing the operating system, the driver of the dongle may no longer be up to date. Download the latest dongle driver to your computer (public download/dongle area) and install it. Please make sure that you use the correct driver. For example, we distinguish between Hardlock_LOKAL and Hardlock_SERVER.
  2. If a printer is connected, check that it is switched on.
  3. Pay attention to the order of the dongle. The CAD Line dongle should always be plugged into the interface first.
