Error message "Dongle not found"
- When reinstalling or changing the operating system, the driver of the dongle may no longer be up to date. Download the latest dongle driver to your computer (public download/dongle area) and install it. Please make sure that you use the correct driver. For example, we distinguish between Hardlock_LOKAL and Hardlock_SERVER.
- If a printer is connected, check that it is switched on.
- Pay attention to the order of the dongle. The CAD Line dongle should always be plugged into the interface first.
