Most frequent error message:
"Dongle not found"
In case of a new installation or a change of the operating system - e.g. to Windows 10 - it may happen that the driver of the dongel is no longer up to date.
Download the latest dongle driver to your computer (download under "Public Downloads/Dongle Section") and install it. Please make sure that you select the correct driver. We distinguish, for example, between Hardlock_LOKAL and Hardlock_SERVER.
